I WASN'T SURE IF YOU GOT MY MESSAGES OR NOT, HAVEN'T LOGGED ON IN A FEW DAYS, STEVE THE DEALER'S NAME I USE IS -FARMER'S GIN AND TRACTOR, WARRIOR AL 35180, PHONE #647-0662(NOT SURE IF THE AREA CODE IS STILL 205 OR POSSIBLY CHANGED TO 256)TALK TO MACK MARSH, FAMILY RUN DEALERSHIP, HIS DAD STARTED IT YEARS AGO I BELIEVE. MY DAD AND I HAVE BOUGHT SEVERAL THINGS FROM THEM OVER THE YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED WITH THE PRICE AND SERVICE. SCOTT---MACK TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE BEING TOLD TO EXPECT 12-15 WEEKS DELIVERY TIME ON 4200-4400'S W/HYDRO. ANOTHER DEALER TOLD ME 10-12 WEEKS BUT FELT THAT WAS STRETCHING IT. HAVE HEARD THAT COMPANY SUPPLYING HYDRO UNITS IS HAVING PROBLEMS KEEPING UP WITH DEERE DEMAND FOR THESE TRACTORS.

Seems to be true about the hydros holding up all 42,43,4400's -- my dealer said Deeretold him not to even sell the hydro anymore this year. They were already scheduling production runsfor August. Luckily, my JD4300, 4WD, w/ hydro has already been built -- shipped from GA last Tuesday,expect to receive within the week. It mat be 3-4 weeks late but at least it appears thatit is coming.Scott ....

My 4300 was ordered on April 12th. My dealer told me to expect 6 weeks. Now if I can believe that date I should see it about the first of June. Given the inputs from your messages, I now have some doubt if my salesman might have told me this to insure he got the order. He will worry about my frustration after he gets his commission.
